Yoga for Natural Embodiment
Enjoy morning yoga under the pavilion by the pond to connect with your mind, body, and soul.
Audience: Teens & Adults
Duration: 45-60 minutes
Level: Beginner & beyond
A 45- to 60-minute outdoor session to connect with your body as your natural environment. We’ll use yoga, somatic movement, and breath to tune into natural body rhythms, loosen entanglement with unsupportive systems & habits, and strengthen sustainable & nourishing self-care practices. Bring your mat and water. Practice will be held outdoors, so please dress for the weather and bring anything else that would bring you comfort or ease (like a towel or blanket for under your mat, sunglasses, sunscreen, etc.). In the event of inclement weather, sessions may be cancelled.
Yoga classes are capped at 16 participants. Please register to ensure your session.
